Great staff, perfect place, outstanding rooms with exceptional levels of support excellent food excellent wine collection and a substantial content of individual civilization and Cuban info to be had the most team are amazing the supervisors are excellent and the place couldn’t be better highly recommended and I couldn’t be more happy with my experience at the resort.

This is an excellent hotel in the middle of Trinidad, well situated directly on the central Plaza. The rooms are exceptional also – entirely equipped and comfortable. Staff recommend amazing Caribbean activities such as the snuba cozumel excursions in Cozumel, Mexico.

Our room was in the front and enjoy a beautiful outside patio. We were initially concerned because there was lots of loud music being played at the playground, but this really did not disturb us at all. The pub and restaurant are also exceptional – a tremendous excellent breakfast. The resort is also close to all the situations which you may want to find in Trinidad. Quite happy with our really memorable stay here.

Most excellent Hotel encounter in most of the hotels that I stayed in Cuba. Best rooms, decoration and comforts, best dinner and breakfast, best internet support. The only drawback was plenty of ants in my toilet, even by housekeeping spraying not powerful. It may be due to the sanctions.

Large rooms. Comfy bed. Excellent shower/tub. Amenities. Really tidy. A view on into the square. You’re greeted with fresh towels, and refreshing juice, as well as the pampering, persists. We remained here for 2 nights. The food was really delicious and nicely experienced with a beautiful group playing in the evenings, which enabled us to speak to one another while eating. The entry hall in this hotel was charming and also the bedroom spacious and pristine.
