Lovely boutique hotel

Great hotel to stay in if you’re looking for a cozy atmosphere rather than big chain hotels or all-in resorts. The staff are amiable and always full of helpful advice. The place is clean, breakfasts are high, and the design of the hotel very attractive.

When we booked our vacation, we booked our hotel before our airfare. When we went to book our airfare, it was several hundred dollars cheaper to go a day earlier, so we decided to book this little six-room inn for our first night (the rest of the time we are at an all-inclusive resort).

This place is called La Mision & it’s in a residential area of a gated village called Puerto Aventuras. Close walk to the marina where we had dinner and drinks last night. The inn is super charming and cute. They even have this little ocean fed pool with fish that swim in from the inlet, as well as a filtered lake.

My daughter and I just got back from this cute little hotel last Sunday. We had a wonderful, fantastic time. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfasts are top-notch. Just delicious. Armand and Rey were so accommodating with the cozumel jet pack tips. They helped us book taxis and even arranged for our shuttle back to the airport, and did so cheerfully. The rooms are spotless, and the views are spectacular. I would recommend this cute hotel to anyone. Can’t wait to come back next year!

A quiet spot on the water. Clean rooms. Staff extremely helpful. The ocean water pool was enchanting as the fish swim around you. Breakfast included was good. Bikes included. Kayak only had one paddle, which was challenging. Will return.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It’s quite, clean, centrally located and the staff is amiable. Our kids loved to watch the colorful fishes, and although the swimming pool is small, it’s perfect. Thank you for this great week!

We also want to thank the general manager Alvaro for the sweet surprise he left in our room our last night before checking out. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Puerto Aventuras. Walking distance to everything was also a huge bonus! Gracias La Mision.
