Brilliant

Great hotel. Helpful staff, great food, and a choice of excellent bars. The pool complex was fantastic, and the beach superb. Minor gripes – our balcony was not kept clean, the cleaners had no idea about changing the towels, and the piped music was extremely repetitive.

The resort is HUGE, forgetting the Palace as we didn’t have access, with four hotels side by side with a shopping mall in the middle and you could go into any of them. The beach by Tropical and Colonial had much less seaweed than the others. Staff is amazing with their cozumel sea trek helmet diving suggestions. Colonial had a lovely Mexican market in a courtyard. WiFi was extra to pay for (apart from restricted free WiFi) a bit annoying as never had to pay before.

Food was delicious, plenty of choice in the buffets and beach bars, and we had four a la carte reservations – we liked the Italian the best.

Super large pools but our favorite was the adults-only pool we found tucked away at the Beach hotel – bliss – and with no loud music.

Good room in Tropical – enormous bed, large bathroom, plenty of storage. The only downside was being close to the open-sided theatre – we could have asked to move but only a couple of nights were late and noisy, the rest finished at about 10.30 pm. One night a private function was on, and our patio doors were vibrating!

All around fantastic resort, beautiful, big, lots to do! Food was great, swim-up pool bars- my fav, beaches, activities, waterpark, lots of restaurants, and nightly entertainment — clean rooms/facilities. Highly recommend, would visit again.

If you want a beautiful place to spend an unforgettable vacation with your family or loved ones, this is the perfect place for that. You are starting with the staff hospitality, great food, spotless rooms, breathtaking palm shore, and beautiful pools around.
