The dimensions of this hotel are ideal, not significant in any way, you can make your way in the chambers, into the reception bar/ buffet at less than 5 minutes from anyplace. The shore is near everything, and the swimming pool is smack dab in the middle of the hotel.

The team is kind and friendly, always with a smile and eager to assist and answer any queries! Obviously, hints are always welcomed and obtained with a broad grin and gracias! But we never believed that it was compulsory or forced to trick, we do it as the service is excellent, and we understand just how tough these handsome men and women get the job done.

The food as always was good, better than the last trip. Melia Cayo Coco is blessed to have a brand new executive chef Cesar that has worked at some beautiful foreign restaurants and provides a breath of fresh air to the restaurant buffet and menus! He’s continuously observable in the restaurants assessing on the meals.

The thing which keeps us coming back however is that the beautiful shore, unlike some other there I’ve observed. The sea is like a crystal clear pool, you may see the gorgeous fish float directly by you. We were blessed to have these fantastic weather for our stay, all seven days at which ideal (May). The water becomes so hot in the day it had been just like being in a warm bath! I never needed to escape.

Beach pub is fantastic, Yamil that the bartender is the best! He recommended me an amazing cozumel atv tour I want to take with my family. Been 5 times to Melia adore it can not wait to return again. The team are brilliant that they can not do enough for you there is a fantastic assortment of meals that I can not fault the location that I actually would not go anywhere else there are heaps off actions throughout the day and a good deal of entertainment in the evenings.

This place is really a gem! Have been many times and expect to return a few more times. Continuously have such a relaxing holiday at this hotel. Fantastic location!

Food was terrific everywhere we ate: buffet, global, or Mediterranean restaurant, actually the snacks in the bar. Staff was really welcoming and always prepared to assist. Will definitely go back there again!
